All products sold on WebNovella are digital goods delivered electronically. Because downloads are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will provide a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- Your download link failed and we could not resolve the issue within 48 hours
- The file you received was corrupted or unreadable
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.
When We Do Not Issue Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds if:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product
- You did not enjoy the content
- You purchased the wrong product and have already downloaded it
- Your request is made more than 7 days after purchase
Download Issues
If your download link did not arrive or has expired, contact us and we will resend it at no charge. We aim to resolve all download issues within 24 hours. If we cannot fix the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at ACBenedette@webnovella.online with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”. Please include your name, the email used at checkout, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 – 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
